What do you charge and what is included?

EXCLUSIVE USE OF GROUNDS FOR 5 HOUR CEREMONY & RECEPTION

The Breakwater Estate must be booked and paid for separately. One half deposit is due to reserve the date.

Do you customize packages?

We customize each wedding package starting with a per person fee for catering (fees subject to change according to the month and day of the week) Tasting for Couple and guest (Included- scheduled after deposit is paid)

Options for Your Customized Package Include:

  • Full Service Top Shelf Bar (per person)

  • Welcome Station (Drink to greet guests before ceremony- Citrus water, Sangria)

  • Customized Cocktail for Bride and Groom (Event planner will help with selection)

  • Tables, Chairs, Linens, Tent, Dance Floor (Each priced separately)

  • Valet Parking subject to size of wedding

  • Place settings, glassware, silverware 

  • Personalized menus

  • Customized Exquisite Decor done in house

  • Servers (Each server 8 hours total /5 hr event + 2 hr set up + 1 hr clean up)

  • Bartenders (8 hours total)

  • Dessert/Cupcake Tower or Apple Cider Donut Wall

Optional Add ons by preferred vendors:

  • Photographer 

  • Hair and/or Make-Up Artist

  • Ceremonial Arbor/Chuppah

  • Wedding Cake 

  • Florist

  • Officiant (Note: online not accepted in Suffolk County)

Do I need an outside wedding planner?

Absolutely Not. Our Event Planning Services team will make sure your event is seamless from the moment you make your decision to have your event with us. They will take over communication with any personal vendors you have chosen to work with to make sure everyone and everything is in order so that the couple can relax and focus on being excited and let go of the stress of the details.

How many people can sit at each table?

How many people do you want to sit at each table? We are flexible!

What color Linens do you have?

We have a large selection of colors. We strongly suggest you work together with our event planning/decorating team to decide. See example tablescapes that demonstrate their expertise. We will work with your color scheme. Easy switch if you don’t like the sample well before the big day! Again- everything is customized.

Do you provide Music?

No.  You should plan to provide your own music whether it is a simple violin or a DJ. Please respect our neighbors. Breakwater Estate follows local sound and music laws. Music outside must conclude by 10PM.

What do you serve for kids?

We can take requests but our typical offering for our younger guests include kid foods such as chicken fingers and macaroni and cheese.

No outside food is permitted.
