Apparently, Brunch began in Britain. Personally… I am a big fan.. who wants to get up early on Sunday? Instead of England's early Sunday dinner, a post-church ordeal of heavy meats and savory pies, the author wrote, why not a new meal, served around noon, that starts with tea or coffee, marmalade and other breakfast fixtures before moving along to the heavier fare? They believed it would promote human happiness in other ways as well. I agree it certainly does. The more coffee and carbs the more human happiness!

All shopping is done the day of the meal with items being procured from the local farmers and fisherman to bring only the freshest ingredients literally just hours from farm to table.

We can of course offer a wine pairing from one of our favorite local wineries with each course. With or without a Sommelier.
