Beautiful Holiday for our Families
We had a wonderful holiday at Breakwater Estate. Two families with children of all ages, there was plenty of room and lots for everyone to do. The house has everything you need — a large, airy well stocked kitchen, lots of beautifully decorated living spaces, fireplaces, televisions, books, games, the works. The Peleton and the built-in outdoor hot tub were both a huge hit for our group. It was freezing out, and there was nowhere to go, but we had fun from beginning to end. We’ve done four or five of these long-weekend trips around the region since Covid started, and this house was the most charming and fun of them all!
Amazing Place and Amazing Host
Hard to put into words how outstanding this place is. For one, the pictures don't do it justice with all the rooms and decor and conditions of everything. The mixture of history and modern upgrades made this house one of the best places our group has ever stayed. Second, this house has EVERYTHING you could ever need for a vacation or getaway; everything is thought of! Air mattresses, game boards, workout equipment, heated pool and hot tub, multiple kitchen ares, huge kitchen eating area, all the kitchen equipment imaginable (felt like we were at a Bed Bath and Beyond) all the towels and linens for everything and to top it all off the link/site that is available that houses all the instructions and details you need to work everything (codes, passwords, instructions, insights, etc). We were walking around the first 4 hours just exploring the house and rooms and all the hidden gems around the property. It was very evident that the host Kim has been doing this for quite some time...she went out of her way to make sure everything was in order and how we wanted it and was extremely responsive any time we reached out to her. You are in very good hands with this host and with this property. We will most definitely be returning here and be looking at other properties she has around the country! Thank you Kim!!!
Glorious Estate on the North Fork!!!
I planned a team offsite for our boutique Investment Bank, William Hood & Company, and I cannot say enough AMAZING things about this stunning, gorgeous, huge but extremely intimate estate!!!!!! It's located in such a fabulous spot for all the exciting and awesome vineyards, beaches, restaurants, farms, etc. The house was cleaned immaculately and felt extremely safe given the current climate. Kim was so kind, helpful and super responsive if I had any questions at all. The estate app was the best resource I've ever had while staying at a rental home. The outdoor lighting was just lovely during our team dinners and the hot tub was a big hit! Everything was so seamless and easy and we felt "at home" and very peaceful during our entire stay. We absolutely can't wait for our next offsite at the estate! Thank you for sharing this amazing home with us all Kim!!!
Beautiful rental in the North Fork
We rented the Breakwater Estate to host a small intimated wedding ceremony and party after my daughter’s wedding had been cancelled due to the pandemic. The house was decorate beautifully with modern touches updating the historic charm of the house. The Grounds were manicured perfectly and provided a picturesque backdrop for the celebration. Then owner, Kim, was so accommodating in every way. This may not have been the wedding my daughter and her husband originally planned, but the Breakwater Estate certainly gave them the setting for a perfect day!
Amazing Oasis
We booked Breakwater Estate last minute to get away during this crazy time and Kim went out of her way to make it work. We could not have made a better decision, we had an amazing time. The estate is absolutely beautiful inside and out and rich in history. The garden, pool and hot tub were perfect to keep our children (and us ) entertained. The beach is a quick walk down the road and the bay a short drive. The home itself is stunning and Kim has anything you could possibly need on your trip. Kim was always available if we had any questions and made sure we had what we needed. I recommend this house wholeheartedly and look forward to visiting again soon!
Amazing venue and host!
My wife and I are so lucky to have found this place just as it hit the renters market. We used the space to host our wedding ceremony and would not of had it any other way. Our family of 12 stayed in the house and we had plenty of room. The kitchen is a huge plus as it could easily seat all of us for breakfast and morning coffees. We had our 25 person ceremony in the front yard and reception in the backyard. The photos came out amazing! The venue could have accommodated more if we needed it to. It has everything you need whether your are hosting a party, wedding ceremony or just a relaxing family getaway. Beautiful design, spacious, clean + amazing amenities (pool, gym, outside patio). This place met and exceeded all expectations. Kim, the owner, is an amazing host. She attentive, responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for our celebration/stay. I would highly recommend this place to any renter. We will definitely be back!
